User Guide

Everything you need to know to get the most out of your Advanced Glasses progressive eyewear.

Wear your glasses from the morning for optimal adaptation. Your brain adjusts naturally within a few hours.

Look through the upper part of the lens for distance vision and lower your gaze slightly for reading.

Clean your lenses daily with the included microfiber cloth for perfect optical clarity.

Getting Started

1

Carefully unbox your glasses and remove the lens protectors. Inspect the frame to ensure it is in perfect condition.

2

Adjust the temples behind your ears for a comfortable fit. The nose pads should rest without excessive pressure.

3

Wear your glasses for at least 2 consecutive hours on the first day. Your eyes will gradually adjust to the different vision zones.

4

Gradually increase wearing time. Within a few days, adaptation is usually complete.

Adaptation Period

1

Our Free Form progressive lenses feature a wider progression corridor than standard lenses, making adaptation easier and faster (typically 3-7 days).

2

During the first hours, you may feel a slight lateral sway. This is normal and disappears quickly.

3

Turn your head instead of your eyes to look sideways. This uses the optimal optical zone of the lens (11mm progressive corridor).

4

If discomfort persists after 72 hours, contact our support team. A frame adjustment may be needed.

Daily Use

1

For distance vision (driving, landscapes): look straight through the upper part of the lens (22mm zone).

2

For intermediate vision (computer screen): look through the center of the lens. Ideal distance is 50-70 cm.

3

For reading: lower your gaze slightly to the bottom of the lens. Hold your book or phone at 30-40 cm.

4

The blue light filter (45%) is always active. Your eyes are protected from screens without additional glasses.

Cleaning & Care

1

Rinse your lenses with lukewarm water before wiping to remove dust particles that could scratch the coating.

2

Use only the included microfiber cloth or optical cleaning spray. Avoid paper tissues and clothing.

3

Clean nose pads and hinges once a week with a slightly damp cotton swab.

4

Always store your glasses in the included hard case. Place them lens-up if the case is unavailable.

Protecting Your Lenses

1

The anti-scratch coating protects your lenses daily but is not indestructible. Handle your glasses with both hands.

2

Anti-reflective and hydrophobic coatings make cleaning easier and reduce glare, especially during night driving.

3

UV400 protection blocks 100% of ultraviolet rays. Your lenses provide permanent sun protection.

4

Avoid exposing your glasses to extreme temperatures (dashboard in summer, sauna). Heat can warp the frame.

Things to Avoid

1

Never clean your lenses dry — micro dust particles act like sandpaper and scratch the coating.

2

Never place your glasses lens-down on a surface. Always use the case or rest them on folded temples.

3

Do not use household chemicals (alcohol, vinegar, glass cleaner) that damage optical coatings.

4

Do not wear your glasses on top of your head — this warps the temples and affects the fit.
